Graduate Schemes at Zotefoams

Zotefoams is pleased to announce that there are 2 exciting new opportunities for graduates to join the R&D department at Zotefoams. Our graduates will be part of an entrepreneurial business which can offer many opportunities in the future.

In the first year the successful graduate will work in the Technical area with a broad materials testing remit and, as part of the development plan, will be aligned to specific new product and raw material development projects.

Shadowing other areas of the organisation including quality, process engineering, production, fabrication and sales is also essential for learning and development.

In the second year, our graduates will have a more commercial role within the organisation such as quality engineering, process engineering, project management, technical customer support or sales. This opportunity allows the individual to explore other key areas of the business and get involved in creative projects with senior teams.

After the scheme, there is potential to be offered a role in any area of the business. Our graduates will grow with the business and the technology.
