Update on Zotefoams Graduate Scheme
This summer, as planned, we launched our first graduate scheme.
The programme was devised to meet the growing demand for people with technical backgrounds directly relating to Zotefoams unique process and our materials.
5 leading UK Universities, specialising in materials engineering, worked with us to promote our roles to their students. As a result, we recruited 3 materials engineering graduates to our new scheme.
They joined us in September and have spent their first few months settling into their respective roles in the lab and the project management office. In the New Year, they will begin their shadowing programme, to broaden their knowledge of Zotefoams, before moving into a more commercial or
operational role in their second year.
We also recruited a further 3 engineering graduates through the scheme. These graduates started straightaway in trainee roles, working in process engineering, quality engineering and project management.
Recently, we have been working particularly closely with 2 local London Universities, Queen Mary and Imperial. However, we are happy to take applications from all students to create the talent pipeline necessary to fulfil the ambitions of our innovative, technology driven organisation.
